Cancelled events
Full refund to source, including fees, when an event is cancelled by the organiser.
Rescheduled events
Tickets remain valid for the new date; refunds available within 7 days of announcement on request.
Failed / duplicate payments
Failed orders issue no tickets and are not charged. Duplicate successful charges are refunded after gateway reconciliation.
Change of mind
Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event changes materially. Contact support with your order ID.
