Buying tickets
Browse events, open an event, tap a zone on the venue map, choose quantity and continue to checkout. You'll enter your name, email and mobile, then pay on the PayPremium gateway page.
Ticket help
After verified payment, open View Ticket from the success page. Each guest gets their own QR. Download the PDF for offline entry and use Share to send tickets to friends.
Payment help
We accept UPI and cards via the gateway. Tickets issue only after our server confirms success with the gateway. Pending? Keep the payment page open — it polls securely every few seconds.
Refunds
See our refund policy. Cancelled events are refunded to source. For anything else, contact us with your order ID.
At the gate
Show your QR (phone or printout). Staff scan it once and mark it used. Used, cancelled or invalid codes are denied entry.
