Data we collect
Name, email and mobile for order fulfilment; order and ticket records; minimal analytics. Payment credentials are handled by the gateway — we never see card/UPI secrets.
Use
Issuing tickets, entry validation, support and fraud prevention. We don't sell personal data.
Retention
Order records are kept for accounting and dispute windows, then minimised.
